In the past year I have suddenly got a fear of flying...used to fly all around the world on business but find I now get breathless, hot and sweaty and feel very chlostrophobic when I get on a plane. Would anyone have any suggestions on how to overcome this or has anyone ever experienced the same thing?...any advice or tips gratefully received!

You can go to 'click on links' on this website (see bottom left hand corner of homepage). This will take you to our Travel directory where you will find a link to: www.airfraid.com.

This is an excellent site dedicated to those who have a fear of flying.
