What can I say that is positive about this company. I guess their aircraft stay up in the sky most of the time. After spending 3 weeks in Argentina I was amazed at their inefficiency. Everything from... lengthy delays with no explanation, flights not listed, boarding flights and sitting on the tarmac for an hour, ticket offices that open at will, and close when they feel like it. It's very similar to what you used to experience in the old Soviet state - but its amazing that it can still happen in some place like Buenos Aires, which feels so modern and European.
