I flew with my wife from Philadelphia to Jamaica none stop for four nights and days. The flight to Jamaica arrived 15 minutes early. The return flight was on time. Food was ok and the in flight movie was a current release I had not seen. The personnal were better than average and attentive to requests during the flight. The staff in Jamiaca were a little rough but again everything went where it was scheduled including our luggage. I would fly air Jamiaca again but one should bring a pillow in your carry on the seats are a little uncomfortable.

I fly Air Jamaica several times a year going to Grenada. It is the only airline that offers a direct flight to Grenada (with a stop in Barbados, but you do not have to disembark). This airline has ok service and the flight attendants range for nice to rude. Getting your luggage when you arrive is sometimes a problem, but it will come in a couple of days later. The food is ok, used to be much better.All in all it is a decent airline to fly for your money. Much better than American Airlines.
